Service workflow:
• Antigen design and evaluation
• Carrier protein-conjugated peptide synthesis or customized protein production (depend on clients’ requirements).
• Four mouse immunization with your target antigen.
• Collecting the serum from each of antigen-immunized mouse.
• Improving the specificity and affinity of antibody by affinity purification.
• Binding ability test of antibody to immunogen by Indirect ELISA test and QC report.


Sample requirements:
• Clients should offer the sequence for their target peptide or protein immunogen.
• If clients prefer to use their own peptide as immunogen, the following condition should be complied.
Peptide: concentration ≧ 1 mg/mL, Amount ≧ 5 mg, Purity > 85%.
* To confirm the peptide quality, client should provide the HPLC result, MS data and sequence of peptide)
* For client who want to do affinity purification, more than 5 mg of peptide should be provided. (usually needs about 8-10 mg).
• If clients prefer to use their own protein as immunogen, the following condition should be complied.
Protein: concentration ≧ 1 mg/mL, Amount ≧ 3~5 mg, Purity > 90%
* To confirm the protein quality, client should provide the SDS-PAGE, QC data.
* For client who want to do affinity purification, more than 10 mg of protein should be provided.


Deliverables:
• Post-immunized serum.
• Indirect ELISA test of antibody to immunogen and QC report of purified antibody with or without immunization, titer > 1:50,000.

• 50 μg Control IgG antibody
• 2-10 mg purified rabbit polyclonal antibody
• Indirect ELISA test of antibody to the immunogen and QC report of purified antibody with or without immunization, titer > 1:50,000.
